NOTE
Liquid-crystal displays are used in some of the meters and gauges on the combination meter. You will find their indications hard to see if you wear polarized glasses.

Unlocking the phonebook
1. Select the “SETUP” menu.
2. Select the “SECURITY” menu.
3. Select the “PHBK UNLOCK” menu by operating the “TUNE/TRACK/CH” dial or say “PHONEBOOK UNLOCK”. Then “CURRENT PIN?” is displayed.

To open and close the trunk lid from outside
The trunk lid can be opened using the remote keyless entry system. Refer to “Remote keyless entry system”.
To close the trunk lid, lightly press the trunk lid down until the latch engages.
